Over a year ago, I became an Elite Member of the community program for businesses called The SUN Business Support and Resource Program. Soon after that, we began a relationship with Hilton Hotel – Club 10 to hold monthly networking events once a month. The venue is wonderful and because of their relationship with us and financial support from SUN's founders, sponsors and Elite Member, we have been able to offer FREE monthly networking events. At our one year anniversary last month, we had almost 100 people in attendance.
Now as we get ready to end 2009 and begin 2010, we are unveiling our new networking theme club, SUN's WOMEN LEADERSHIP CLUB and our premier event will be a fabulous luncheon on December 11th. I am the founder of the club and also one of the Co-Chairs. We have several Elite Members who have also elected to be co-chairs and more spaces are available. If you are interested, please speak to me or Christina Grand, Executive Director.

SUN's WOMEN LEADERSHIP CLUB is a club that will help women acquire and develop their leadership potential so not only will they be more powerful businesswomen, employees, wives, mothers, friends, etc. but they will also be stronger voices in their communities – parenting, schools, churches, politics, volunteerism, etc. We plan to work with young and old to provide empowering speakers, trainings and networking opportunities to help us grow as women. We will be speaking more on the benefits of the SUN's WOMEN LEADERSHIP CLUB at our signature luncheon.

SUN WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP CLUB will have its first event on Friday, December 11, 2009 at Hilton Hotel – Club 10 beginning at 11:30am. The luncheon will be catered by the Veranda Restaurant and will include a soup and salad buffet, entrees, delicious desert buffet and a beverage. I have enjoyed many lunches at the Veranda Restaurant and can promise you a wonderful meal. We will also have a powerful speaker and time for everyone to do a 30 second elevator speech plus plenty of opportunity for networking before and after the luncheon. So bring plenty of business cards. We will raffle prizes and have vendor display tables. Our vendors will have items available for purchase or order that you can give as special holiday presents to your family and friends, so please save your money so that you can support our female business owners. Some of the products and services which you will have a chance to view include jewelry, skin care and cosmetics, pet gift baskets, love and appreciation special gift boxes, health products, spa products, candles, etc. Don’t miss this signature event.

The cost of the event which covers the lunch buffet, beverage, tax and tip is $20 in advance and $25 at the door.

Vendor display tables are $25 for SUN Elite Members and $50 for non-SUN Elite Members. We will give preference to Elite Members. We will only allow one person in each category/business so that everyone has an opportunity to achieve success. This will be first come, first served so do not delay if you want a display table. We will have 10 - 15 tables sponsorships.

You may also become a FEATURED RAFFLE SPONSOR which costs $25 plus a raffle item. This sponsorship also includes a public exposure package. We will have 20 Featured Raffle Items.
